For one of our brands, we are looking for a Growth Marketer for a temporary assignment (either a fixed-term contract or freelance).
After completing a soft launch in 2025, our brand experienced strong organic growth.

We are now ready to shift into the next gear and want to work with someone who can help us build a qualified lead generation system.

The mission:
Support and implementation of an extremely high-quality B2B lead acquisition system. The system must fully belong to DARE, and our teams must be able to use it autonomously once it is set up.
Your role must be focused on measurable results, with hands-on implementation of campaigns, funnels, automations, and paid and/or organic channels.

The brand:
The mission takes place at DARE but concerns one of our sub-brands, Rebrand (www.re-brand.ch).
Rebrand is an offer designed for SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland that are looking to modernize their image through a new visual identity and a new website.

Key advantages for lead acquisition:
the offer is extremely clear and the target audience is perfectly defined.

Profile required:
You have a strong understanding of the SME market in French-speaking Switzerland
You have an entrepreneurial mindset
You are up to date with the latest Growth Marketing techniques
You have more than 3 years of experience in this field

Work location:
The assignment can be carried out in a hybrid format, partly remote and partly on-site at our offices in Forel (Lavaux).Workload:
The workload will be defined with the selected Growth Marketer based on their analysis of the needs.

Duration of the assignment:
The duration will be defined with the selected Growth Marketer according to the validated action plan.
