The BCV entrusted us with building their employer brand, a consulting project spanning nearly a
year. From positioning definition to the employer promise, from workshops with internal teams to
presentations to senior management : foundational work that established solid strategic ground
before any deployment. The strategy was then rolled out through videos distributed on social
media, ATMs, points of sale and at the Paléo Festival, alongside a redesign of the employer pages
on the bank's website. A project that demonstrates what branding can bring to a major institution
when built with intention and authenticity.
